SEVERE STOMACH CRAMPING EVERYTIME AFTER EATING THIS MEAL,
ReplyDeleteWHY? okay so i try my best to eat healthy but everytime i way this particular meal, the next morning i develop severe cramps and pain which debilitates me
and leaves me in tears... the meal is chickpeas, broccoli,
green beans, peppers, chopped tomatoes, in a tomatoey sauce which i then add spices to,
such as, paprika,... show more Stomach cramps after eating spiced foods - paprika,
cajun and piri piri etc - are not uncommon. Many people
will tell jokes about eating highly spiced foods and spending the following day on the toilet.
If you eat the other food items included at other times without a problem,
then it's likely the spices.
What camera should I get? Sounds as if you already have a camera which can do

You don't know how to use it, and apparently can't be bothered to learn, so there
is no point. Go to any store, find the object closest to without going over $650, and buy it.
